The Nutrition Services Department is made up of a team of dedicated professionals who strive to promote healthy nutrition habits for all students.
You may have heard already in the news that there are currently major food supply chain issues. Please be understanding if some substitutions must be made to the KSSB menu. Sometimes we do not receive all the foods that have been ordered from the distributor. The menus will be followed as closely as possible! Thank you for your understanding.

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Garlic Bread, Normandy Vegetable Blend, Tropical Fruit Salad
Dinner: Shrimp Poppers Fried Rice, Oriental Vegetables, Rosy Applesauce, and Fortune Cookie
