Event Description
Expanded Core on the Road: Dodge City
Blind Sports and More! is designed for students in middle and high school (5th – 12th grades) with any level of visual impairment. Activities created and led by Leah Enright, COMS and Nicole Drake, Adapted Physical Education Teacher. Lunch will be provided.
Objectives:
1. Interaction with other visually impaired peers in team games
2. Exposure to and participation in goal ball and blind soccer
9:30 – 10:00 warm up
10:00 – 11:00 Team Games
11:00 – 12:00 Goal Ball
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch and Speaker
1:00 – 2:00 Blind Soccer
Registrations due by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2024
