Event Description
Middle school and high school students with a diagnosed visual impairment from the state of Kansas and their parents join KSSB for a Blind Sports Day.
Individuals will learn overview of blind sports including goalball, track & field, blind soccer (Rain events: goalball, “lawn” games and swimming)
What will you need? Comfortable clothing, bathing suit (may not be utilized), athletic shoes, water bottle, sunblock, hat/sunglasses

10-10:30 Welcome, yoga/stretching with Menely
10:30-11:45am Rotation #1
11:45- 12:45 Lunch (provided)
12:45-2:00pm Rotation #2
2-2:15 Quick snack
2:15-3:30pm Rotation #3
3:30-4 Wrap up
Parents are welcome to attend to volunteer, only VI students will be participating
