Take the Stage – Drama Club

Life is full of drama! Why not join the club?

KSSB students have a unique opportunity to learn about all aspects of theater. Ms. Valerie Mackey from the Theater of Young America has agreed to work with Accessible Arts, Inc. and the KSSB Forensics team to develop an after school theater program.

Christian Puett is the sponsor for the after school theater program and will coordinate the nine weeks of theatrical fun. This club started September 18 and will culminate with a production of a play in November. The club meets from 3:40-4:40 every Wednesday from September 18 to November 13, 2019.

During each session, the students will work on performance, speaking, and characterization skills. Their ultimate goal is to learn the whodunnit comedy titled, “The Mysterious Mansion of Mr. Uno.” Students are excited to share their performance skills with others in mid-November.
